I had an absolutely amazing time with the lovely lady doing my treatments and will definitely come again. Only a couple of mentions:
1. There was no signage of what to do or where to wait. I was directed to the 3rd floor but had no idea what to do with myself when I got there. I think you need a sign which says something like 'please take a seat'. I was wondering around the corridor and landing for ages looking for a front desk to the beauty area.
2. I think more than 1 staff member on a Sunday would be helpful. I felt bad the poor girl was doing everything without support around her. I left a tip in an envelope at reception, I hope they managed to forward it to her.

Great massage (neck and back) by the therapists, who were very friendly. Whilst the Aviator Hotel does not have a dedicated Spa, the two rooms (treatment room and anteroom) have been tastefully decorated and the fruit and fragrant iced water post massage is a nice touch. A great and relaxing end to hat was a fantastic stay! Would thoroughly recommend!
