The hotel was stunning, when we arrived we where told we had a complimentary room upgrade, the room was spacious and very comfortable! The staff where all very friendly and helpful, making our stay one of the best hotel experiences we've had!
Amazing hotel, let down by the lack of spa facilities. This should have been made clear upon booking. Staff, food and other facilities were first class although the drinks at dinner were outrageously expensive even the glass of champagne that we didn't ask for but offered and later charged for...

We had a great Deep tissue couples massage. Sky lounge is good, but no pool, hot tub, sauna does let the place down for a all round spa experience.
