Staff should keep the products in vicinity of the treatment table. They were moving around in the room multiple times to collect the cleaning towels, products etc. and a lot of time was lost during the Facial which was already cut short from the initial phone booking of 60 mins to 30 mins (informed only after arriving at the spa).
Also the sheets, covers and towels spread on the treatment beds were old and worn out.
Bought this experience for my partner, who really enjoyed his deep tissue massage. Lovely atmosphere on arrival, relaxing massage room and welcoming staff. Only downside was that two of the staff were talking about us as we walked in a couple of minutes late, not realising we were the customers!
