The facilities were ok the key issue was a junior staff member which did not do a great job, we also had Sunday lunch as it was my wife's birthday and again although food was very good the service was very poor and it felt like a large lack of experience

Very professional on arrival and throughout the experience. The girls were lovely and full body massage was perfect, not too hard and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone and definitely plan on going back

This is was a fantastic experience. The room you enter upon your arrival is beautiful, they offer you some refreshing lemon, lime and cucumber water whilst you fill out the treatment form. They have candles burning which smells delightful and relaxes you in preparation.
They then transfer you to another room which is again stunning, with all the calming music and relaxing smells you'd expect. The staff were excellent and massaged to your needs and wants. They then transfer you back to the initial room and allow to you relax.
Absolutely faultless! There are no spa facilities as such as this is only a treatment but they make the whole experience wonderful.
