Disappointing, terrible, awful experience. As a matter of fact it was a nightmare. Food was inedible, hotel room was super dusty and smelly. Couldn't brush nor take our bath the next morning. Food was absolute rubbish

Arrived Sat expecting to use the spa, on arrival the receptionist told me it shut at 9.30, I went at 8 it was locked with no one around to explain why. The restaurant was busy I agreed to eat in the bar, I had to clear my own table, alot of the choices on the set menu weren't available, waiting time was 40 minutes for the starter, an hour for the main but the food was nice. On Sun I tried to go to the spa again but they had no locker keys so I could only use the sauna to keep an eye on my bag
