Enjoyed the night away, staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant was almost full with a big party in, it wasn’t made clear dinner voucher couldn’t be spent on drinks so ended up paying even though we didn’t spend the full food voucher.
Great value for money. The food was lovely! The staff were friendly and helpful.
Spa staff were very friendly and the 2 therapists were lovely, gave us complimentary tea and cake as our treatments were running a little late. Back massage was lovely. Steam room and sauna were nice but it was more like a leisure club than a spa. Jacuzzi was a bit disappointing as the water was same temperature as swimming pool so not hot. Also childrens swimming lessons taking place which I didn't mind but some people might, although they were very well behaved!
Fantastic staff who couldnt do enough for you. Brilliant room and lovely food.
Good value stay. Only disappointment was the walls to the bedroom next door are too thin..... Could hear there TV all night
