Everything lovely from rec staff, room, Food, bar area, parking, gym. Then you enter the pool area! jacuzzi is same water as pool so far too cold to relax in. Scum line looked like brown paint it must have been developing over month's. Outdoor shoe's are worn on poolside by staff. Unfortunately not ot a relaxing area due to poor design and decor. 4 loungers all with towels on and no people.
Lovely friendly staff, beautiful food. Well worth the money. Nice relaxing get away. Only downside was size of the swimming pool. Would go back again
Took a week to reply to an email. Pool closed. Put us in a room right in the middle of a wedding party so no sleep. Staff swore under breathe when advised of hair in food! Spa treatment left one of us in worse shape with their back than went she went in.
Hotel was nice but slightly dated. Deal was good value for money especially including evening meal which was really nice. Booked treatments separately and they were really nice.
