I booked this treat for myself & a close friend-we had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and the service in the main restaurant was outstanding from the two lovely waitresses. The setting of this hotel was beautiful -right in the country but a short 15 min car trip from my friend's house. I would definitely recommend this hotel & package to anyone for a relaxing and magical escape from life,children & work!
Excellent staff, very welcoming and professional. The home made scones were beautiful and it was value for money. The main fault is that the place does seem to need some TLC and the Spa facilities are quite basic. Overall worth the £35.00 we paid.
Had a great day at the spa except Sauna full all day and steam room closed. Massage was great and felt very relaxed.

The place is clean but really hot and humid so we didnt go in the jacuzzi and has a lovely lady Lynn on the reception desk who showed us where to get changed and what we could have for lunch. Very quiet place but has a nice atmosphere.
Garden is beautiful and well kept we sat on the patio with a glass of wine in the afternoon.
Changing rooms tired need updating and need a towel bin system and a swim costume drier. Need deposit for a padlock so take cash.
Lunch was lovely we had tandoori chicken baguette and steak baguette it was very filling so go there hungry.
Treatments were amazing we both had massage facial scalp massage and filing polishing nails but paid to be upgraded to gel nails as a treat we had to book this in advance because they said they wouldn't normally include it in the time allowed for the package
Massage was the best I've ever had it was so relaxing and made me feel uplifted I've never had a facial so that was great too my face felt really soft and hydrated after and the scalp massage sent me to sleep.
I think the girl was very welcoming and made me feel at ease I think her name was penny or Jenny I can't remember my friend has another girl Gemma who was friendly too they made our day very special so thank you girls.
I would come back for another occasion for the same deal because it is very good value for money and I got to spend time with my friend, it is a nice place to just relax
OMG how lovely was the receptionist Lynne who gave us a wonderful warm welcome. She was so efficient. Robes and towels provided and we relaxed in the lounge area before our treatments. It was fairly busy as it was half term. The treatments were lovely and relaxing, just what any doctor would recommend. Staff were friendly and prpfofessional. Will be going again for certain. CHEERS .
