Nice treatments, awful venue! The staff were nice but disorganised, the venue was grubby, not enough staff, no relaxation area for treatments, blokes sat watching football while we had treatments, screaming the place down, had to sit in the same area as them in our dressing gowns! Only 4 beds next to pool. Treatments themselves were nice though
My greatest applause goes to the girls that carried out our treatments. They were fantastic and very friendly and they'd be the reason we go again. So to the girls, thank you!
Place was easy to find, staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Treatments were perfect and flowed nicely from one to the next. Only downside was that for the mother and daughter day we only had lunch together. Although the other person was waiting in a lovely room, we did spend a lot of the day apart which was a small downside. We did however really enjoy our day and would come back again.

Great value for money
My friend and I visited Mollington Bannastre for a Spa Day. Overall our impression was positive, though we felt that some aspects could be improved. The pool was a good size and nice and warm and we both enjoyed the hot jacuzzi. Our treatments were very relaxing and thorough - good value for money. We bought a light lunch which was fresh and tasty. On the minus side, the toilets and changing rooms were not as clean as they should have been and we felt that the spa as a whole was in need of some TLC. Regarding the advertised description of the day, we felt it should be made clear that "refreshments" just meant drinks. We had a pleasant day but probably won't us this spa next time.
