It was our first time there and it was splendid.....a very good experience! We were celebrating three birthdays and we all loved it. The only draw back was when we had ordered some snacks with our drinks. The soup was like warm and also we were served burned bread. We had also ordered sweet potato fries but we did not get these. We brought this to the attention of the bar staff, Tom, who was very sympathetic and later the Manager,Sandesh also came and apologised to us. He looked after us very well! We were very pleased with the service we had received and would definitely like to come there again!

I came for a spa day 3 days ago and chose the 'High Tea Leisure Day' package, the facilities were good and very clean, and for a Friday it was not too busy either. I had the back massage which was very good definitely left feeling relaxed and as if the therapist removed a lot of tension from my shoulders! My friend had the scrub and said it was equally good, we never had any other treatments but I had to rate the other treatments before Treatwell would let me post the review, so the 1 stars I have given are no reflection on the spa. The afternoon tea was also lovely, definitely enough to fill you up and delicious. Would highly recommend.
