I came to the centre as I had very intense pains in my shoulders and lower back.
Sergi was my therapist and he was fabulous. He treated the different areas of my body working more on the ones with knots. After the treatment, I felt my body was more relaxed and the pain was gone. The ambience was warm, relaxing and chilled as well.
I highly recommend this centre and this therapist for future costumers.
The owners are not really nice. But the staff is. The ambience with the music not bad but the first look when you come in looks desorganised and not that appealing.
My second visit here. Great ambience and very friendly and helpful staff. The massage wasn't quite as 'deep tissue' as I had liked however this may have just been the therapist's understanding- my first visit here was great.
I'd recommend though-great value and great staff.
I got a deep tissue massage from Sophie which was probably the best massage I've had in a while. The place is overall really nice, and I would definitely recommend it!
