The staff were very welcoming, I arrived early to get out of the rain and they were happy for me to sit, they even made me tea! The treatment was wonderful I left feeling grounded and connected again. I will definitely be going back.

Lily was very knowledgeable and my deep tissue massage was excellent. She worked out the knots I had in my shoulders and legs- strong pressure and felt great after. She had a lot of recommendations for me for pain relief.
