I booked an appointment for 11am and waited until 11.30 - the salon never opened, despite the opening times saying 10-3. I rang a few times and left a message but no one got back to me. I'm so glad I chose to pay at the salon as otherwise I'd have been £32 out of pocket.
Fantastic service, polite, friendly & made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Couldn't recommend more
