I couldn't have been more disappointed with my treatment. Some how it seems they had been double booked. I had the 'pedicure' in a dark room on a wicker chair in a warm bowl of water (which wasn't plugged in) and a pillow under my leg. No massage or exfoliation. I was then moved to the main pedicure chair as someone had left. The polish looks good but ended up with the gel having to be chipped of my skin. Overall really disappointed, it was a treat to myself which I very rarely do and feel I have wasted my money. The massage was fine but the bed could do with being in the middle of the room appose to the wall so you can get equal pressure on both sides.

I went for my first appointment last week, I feel like I have been going for years already. I was feeling nervous as it is always hard finding a new hairdresser but I was welcomed straight away with a cup of tea and a smile, I was immediately at ease. I received some great advice and guidance for my hair which is what it needed! I love my cut and colour, it’s perfect. Thank you so much Cassie and Lorraine and I’m sure I’ll see you soon :) x
