It was my first facial and Gulnaza made me feel very at ease! She was lovely, very professional and explained everything in detail. The treatment was great, my skin was in need of some serious deep cleansing! She performed a very very thorough extraction (after cleansing and steaming), then used ozone to close the pores, applied mask and oils to the skin with a nice massage. I will definitely be back, can’t recommend this place enough.
