I had my first facial with Gulnaza yesterday evening and everything was amazing from the moment I met her. She is super knowledgeable and assessed my skin and gave me loads of recommendations. The facial was tailored for my skin and concern, and she went over the allocated time slot, but she wanted to ensure she covered each area of my face. She genuinely cares and is passionate about getting the results her clients want and need.

My facial with Gulzana was amazing. She gave me a great analysis of my face and skin before the treatment and gave me lots of advice for post-care and in general to keep my skin healthy. Couldn't recommend her enough - my face feels great! Looking forward to going back again soon.

Gulzana was so thorough, and was so considerate about comfort and making sure pain was kept to a minimum. She went above and beyond to make sure all hair was gone and went over it as many times as needed. Would highly recommend for a totally hair free wax with someone who makes you feel completely at ease throughout :)
