Vennie is so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She talks you through the treatment and why she os doing everything, she spent time helping me plan my own at home routine and she checks on me the next day to check my skin is ok after the treatment. She goes above and beyond to give you the best experience possible.

This was my 4th appointment with Vennie. I've had a range of different treatments and Vennie has tailored everything individually to my skin, explaining the processes I wasn't familiar with as she went along. She is very professional, with a huge amount of knowledge but also very friendly. Most importantly she knows when you want to chat and when you just need to zone out for a bit and relax!! I will definitely be back for more treatments 😊
