I read all the good reviews before I booked and they are definitely true. Vinnie is brilliant and very knowledgeable. The facial was customised to my skin needs. As I have blemishes and some redness, Vinnie target different sections of my face differently. She did cooling for the redness which was very effective. My skin is looking better already. I will definitely come back.

Vinnie was amazing, The first thing she did was ask me if I had any allergies, what type of skin I had in order to offer me the best treatment for my skin type, I felt very comfortable, she was very kind, she explained everything to me in the end of the treatment she asked me how I felt and told me not to hesitate to contact her in the rare case I had an allergic reaction, I felt that she puts passion into her work and wants you to feel good.
