Ruth made me feel very comfortable right from the start, listening patiently and explaining how the treatment would go. While I had originally booked a deep tissue massage we decided that a shiatsu massage might be better for my injury. I had never experienced a shiatsu massage before so I was wondering how it would be. I remained fully dressed and laid on a soft mat on the floor. I could feel the healing energy in Ruth’s hands and I entered a deeply relaxed state.
