Ruth is a great therapist. Really considerate and caring approach and giving gentle guidance and information about what she's doing (why an area may be sensitive) or how to manage symptoms between appointments. My daughter had never had a treatment before and Ruth made her feel totally comfortable and relaxed.

Ruth is highly skilled and a very knowledgeable holistic care professional. The sports massages and guidance she provides are exemplary.
