I absolutely loved the massage, it was just what I needed. Ruth was very welcoming and made sure she focused her massage areas that really needed additional TLC I felt very safe in regards to Covid-19 guidelines as these were well implemented. I'll be back again soon 😊

Easy to park. Ruth made me feel at ease straightaway. She has expertise in lots of different types of massage etc which really helps her to tailor for anyone’s needs. It was the best sports massage I’ve had and I’ve had quite a few different therapists over the years.
Sports Massage
The Best Massage I’ve ever had! Finding the place and parking was very easy. Ruth made me feel at ease straight away. She comes across as very thoughtful and calm. I have had many different types of massages over the years as I have fibromyalgia but also do sports. Ruth’s massage was a combination of pressure point, sports, deep tissue and other techniques it really was unique. Go treat yourself now you won’t be disappointed! I’m going to look at the other treatments on offer and book these too!

Ruth really puts me at ease, she always asks what therapy I want, and I feel that this has been beneficial for my Parkinson’s symptoms of pain and fatigue.
