Ruth spends time, pre-treatment to fully understand your needs and what you hope to gain from the shiatsu treatment process. She is empathetic, continually checks in with you, whilst also explaining the treatment provision and why. I felt very held, acknowledged and safe in her hands. She is an intelligent practioner and I always feel confident about re commending her to others.
