An incredible massage. Ruth has magic hands that know exactly how to move to create lightness and space in the parts of my body that need it. She worked on my lower back which has been stiff for ages. I was able to run 7 miles 2 days later without a twinge. I will be returning for sure. 😃

I suffer from a long term back pain so I do take strong massages atleast x3 times a month for the last x12 years. So, I know who are Excellent, okayish and poorly skilled as therapists due to the amount of times what I have had massages in the UK as well as in abroad.
I then come across this very lovely, and extremely skilled therapists Ruth recently and I always come out pain free after her treatments. She knows what she's doing and highly skilled as a massage therapist. Highly recommend!
