Staff were very friendly and chatty. The lady who cut my hair was fantastic. I only had an hour and she managed to wash, cut and blow dry my hair just the way I wanted it. I left feeling fantastic

The Brazilian blow dry treatment was great and Bianca was very friendly, thorough and gentle but unfortunately the haircut was very disappointing, perhaps due to miscommunication.
