Had an amazing blow dry with Bianca who was lovely and made my hair look like Hollywood glam. Will be back again.
Blow Dry
I loved Heat as a studio. Really lovely place lovely people. Was wayyyyy too hot in their though. I paid for a haircut and full head of highlights and blow dry but the hair cut was literally two snips. That’s fine if that’s all I needed but I wish I hadn’t paid for that ha. The colour is lovely, happy with that. It’s a subtle change but I like it a lot. I’d go back again for sure but just probably call in advance so you don’t pay for things you don’t get :) thanks guys x

I had a brilliant experience with Bianca today. She is an expert in colour and was able to give me exactly what I needed. I had really over bleached hair from the sun and she toned down my hair and did the best highlights I’ve had in a long time!
The salon has a really chilled vibe with experts who really know their stuff. This will be my salon of choice from now on! Don’t hesitate if you’re looking at booking here! Thanks guys x

The staff are really friendly. Unfortunately my hairdresser arrived late which was unfortunate as I had a wedding to get to that day. It is good value for money though.
Blow Dry
The actual salon is great... I've booked with them directly previous to this trip and that is what I've based my ratings on. Even though the salon is very reasonably priced, I still got a little head massage with the wash and the cut was exactly what I asked for. However, when I booked through Treatwell this time; the website hadn't bothered to inform the salon of my appointment and so there was no one to cut my hair (even though the website had sent me reminder texts etc.). End result: my hair is still full of split ends and I'm going to book direct next time.
