They are very kind but as colourists they don’t have as much experience. I am patient because I know balayage is not easy but I didn’t like the service. I went for a dark blonde and after 4 hours I left with a bright orange hair. I didn’t get any advice.
I also think that she wasn’t very careful while bleaching so my hair has now some noticeable stains / patches.
She said she was going to call me in a few days but she did not. I tried to contact them but no one answers the phone.

Chan was absolutely amazing!! Not only was she friendly and had amazing energy, but she was knowledgable and took the time to explain things to me as well as ask what I wanted ! Best experience I’ve had in a long time, will defo be coming back xx

Booked last minute hair cut. Claudia really listened to find out what I wanted. Hairdressers often cut curly hair as if it’s straight but my haircut was great
