Matteo was a star. I’m really happy with my haircut. If you had a bad experience with another hairdresser and you want to fix it, Matteo is the right person. Also he loves what he does so he will defo take care of you. Thank Matteo again! 😊

I waited around for 1hour 15mins before walking out. No one called to tell me they were running late, and no one told me there would be a wait when I arrived even though they clearly knew and had 2 clients ahead of me. I was repeatedly told it would be 20 mins wait until I couldn’t wait any longer. Matteo did not properly communicate or apologise. He just kept shrugging his shoulders. I am waiting for a refund.
