Have been going to Heat for years and I have always been treated with the best care from the staff. I suffer from social anxiety and Claudia always makes me feel calm and settled. She does an amazing job on my frizzy hair and makes me look and feel amazing

Claudia was really thorough in getting my hair back to bleach blonde. She understood how to blend it well so it looks even (despite me having various colours in it). She was very attentive and I felt comfortable with her.
