My hair always looks amazing when I've been to see Bianca. Someone later that day commented that my hair colour was beautiful and I said I'd just had it highlighted and she said "you have an excellent hairdresser"!

Over 30m late starting the appt. Only meant to be 1hr duration for booking but was there an additional 75m- 2hr15m is too long for a cut & blow dry. Peter was friendly but very slow. I had prepaid but I was then charged extra for another stylist to finish my hair. I wasn’t really happy with the outcome of the original stylist - the cut was fine but I preferred the final look that Bianca created as I have booked in with her before and would definitely book in with her again.
