Understood exactly what I wanted, really friendly, discussed additional treatments and answered my questions. (Also persuaded me to try wearing red lipstick which I love!) All in all excellent and definitely going back.

Another regular trip to Heather for eyebrow shaping and tinting. Heather is a very considerate and friendly person and I enjoy my time spent in her calm little room chatting. She is also very skilled in her work and good with colour, bever overdoing or under doing the impact so that I leave feeling I look better but still very natural.
