Incredible gel nails, and amazing chat. Heather made me realise how much I missed being in the salon! Couldn't recommend more, Heather is an absolute star - talented, kind and thorough. Will definitely be coming back.

Heather was great- the whole experience was very pleasant (which has not been the case for me when I have done LVL elsewhere) and she did an amazing job. She is also a wonderful person to spend an hour with! The salon was immaculate, cosy, and relaxing.

She is so welcoming. Once you go to Heather you will not go to another beauty therapist. After get the eyebrow eyelash package I receive lots of compliments. Heather is a perfectionist.

Heather is a lovely, friendly person who immediately makes you feel at ease. She is meticulous about keeping the environment clean and healthy. I find that she listens closely as to how you like to see yourself (e.g. natural) and is good at providing treatments which meet your expectations. I have used her for over a year now and have always found her small beauty room an oasis of calm and tranquility.
