Had an unpleasant experience here. Hair turned out alright in the end however had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment as they were running late. As well as an unfriendly stylist making it an uncomfortable experience throughout, would not recommend.

From the moment I walked in I felt at ease and Ivanna showed me downstairs to a cosy treatment room which smelled divine. She took the time to explain the difference between a normal and pregnancy massage and what she would be doing. The massage itself was wonderful, the oil was great as was the pressure and she found a knot in my shoulder which I have been struggling with. I cannot wait to go back and have another treatment and would certainly recommend both Ivanna and Heaven (it really was)
