Very relaxing facial, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The treatments were brilliant and Charlotte is lovely. I elected to pay in the salon as had a gift voucher. I didn’t realise until I left, that when I booked, I was advised the treatments would cost £110 via the app and yet I was actually charged £132 hence why I reduced the star rating.
