The treatments were brilliant and Charlotte is lovely. I elected to pay in the salon as had a gift voucher. I didn’t realise until I left, that when I booked, I was advised the treatments would cost £110 via the app and yet I was actually charged £132 hence why I reduced the star rating.

I was gifted some vouchers from a friend and had a fantastic experience with Charlotte , I’d booked for the facelift treatment but decided to go for the collagen facial instead and what a great decision that was … superb and extremely relaxing!
