Lovely facilities and even my toes were kept warm. Twinkling, relaxing lights in the ceiling and Charlotte made me feel so relaxed, explaining the treatment before we started. Absolutely lovely and a thoroughly luxurious birthday treat.

Freya introduced herself and explained the bee sting facial to me. During the facial she was very knowledgeable and the experience was very relaxing. I have sensitive skin and this facial was perfect as I had no adverse reactions. My skin was left exfoliated, hydrated and youthful.
