Unfortunately I had to make a complaint to this salon regarding the service I had.
I attended the salon for a gel manicure and pedicure for a special occasion.
I found the area whereby the treatment was being carried out not to be very discreet or relaxing as other staff members were having conversations around and across where I was seated. I found this to be quite rude.
There were issues with the manicure gel polish application, ‘gloopy’ and indentations on almost every nail.

First time getting lash lift here. Freya was amazing. All staff were great. Felt comfortable and confident in Freya’s abilities and the lash lift was fantastic. Definitely booking here again!
