On arrival, I was told that the salon didn’t have a receptionist due to an emergency- totally fine. A few minutes in to my treatment, the door buzzer rang and my therapist left to answer the door. Fine. However, when she later left me to answer her personal mobile I was irritated. I was left alone for atleast 5 minutes; I got dressed & popped my head out. My therapist was chatting to a colleague with her coat on obviously waiting to leave. There had been no indication that this was the end
