Arrived to my appointment early however the staff were running 20 minutes behind which meant I had to cancel an appointment I had booked after my pedicure. Heel on my foot has also been over filled it’s very red and hurts under hot water in the shower which I have never experienced before, the painting of the nails were good and the staff were friendly but overall I am disappointed with my service.

Have lived in Bristol about a year and have been searching for the right place to get nail care. I've paid lots and not so much. Nadia at Heaven is the best I've experienced here, maybe ever. I've already booked a follow up appointment.
