As I have natural nails I always ask for the 'soak' method of removing the old gel. The technician was unwilling to do this and insisted on removing all the gel with a drill, which is meant for artificial nail work. I had paid for a full manicure, but without soaking the nails to soften and push back the cuticles, she then proceeded to us the drill again to attack the cuticles and sides of my nails. This is not the correct way to do a manicure and is highly damaging to the nails.
