Owner in back loudly discussing personal issues over the phone while customers waiting. Place not very clean, treatment bed stained with no disposable sheets in place for hygiene. Should have left then but stayed against better judgement. Big regret. Wax not great, large patches on legs missed, bikini line wonky and bits missed underneath. Photos and email sent to manager explaining issues but did not recieve a reply. Had to pay a different salon to fix short notice.
