From a Luxury pedicure I was expecting more. Removal of callouses is not included, the one hour pedicure turn out 45 minutes and scrub and mask was applied for a too short time. Nail varnish application not so precise. You also should improve higiene. Having a stand for the feet and not working on the floor. Using a better and more comfortable chair for the customer and probably for the therapist too. I hope this helps to improve.

First time with Fiona, first time using Treatwell booking system.Fiona was friendly and very confident was pleased with the results .I have booked a second appointment. The booking system is fab so easy to use , no stress whatsoever.
