I had pulled a muscle in back went for a massage it has really helped I was made to feel completely relaxed and Carm I didn’t feel under any pressure at all you can book in for 60 minutes but don’t have to do it all I stopped at 45 I was told it’s your massage I’ve already told my work family about it . I would most definitely recommend this to any one or just to have a treat
