I arrived to be told the girl doing my nails was sick so my appointment was cancelled. No apology refund or rearrange my appointment. As going on holiday had to pay again elsewhere. Contacted shop eventually and they are looking into refund but still no apology or customer service.

Great - went for shape and polish but had gel done as she had time - appreciated it as it was what I had preferred 😊
