I have used heavenly beauty many times for my eyelashes,and im always more than satisfied with the results,this visit was the first time ive had my eyebrows waxed ,and again Bethany did a fab job

Wonderful experience and very relaxing. Salon very clean and ambience was spot on :-) Will be booking another session in March.

Rushed treatment, meant to be ten minutes for eyebrow tint and then waxed, were in and out in half that time, considering my appointment was half past and other booked time was quater too, we both got out at the time the other appointment should have been. My mams didnt take well at first so she asked for hers redone and they still werent up to her satisfaction so she was disappointed to say the least. Awkward atmosphere, wasnt much conversation on their behalf — not good for business if staff dont make the effort with customers. For some reason bethany wasnt in and someone else it was filling in. Overall a disappointing visit. Price wise cannot complain.

warm friendly staff member however not a relaxing experience sitting in the front shop on a hard chair with people going into tanning booths
