When I arrived with my two daughters there was four young girls just standing around the reception having a general chat. The young girl on the reception seemed very uncomfortable and asked us to go into the treatment room. The door was left open and still the four other girls were just standing around talking. When I went to pay they didn't move away from the reception area I felt very uncomfortable. Also I know my two daughters who are only 15 felt uncomfortable about there experience and when we came out of the shop they both said we are not going back there. Previous to having this treatment I took them to beauty shop in Newbiggin and it was totally different. I thought I would try booking through Treatwell but this has put me off.
Exelent service proffecional and approcable great value for money with a great outcome will be using the salon again based on this.
My first time at this venue - Amazing value & really relaxing treatment. Would highly recommend Fiona. I'll certainly be back!! Thank you !
