She instantly showed a real knowledge of the injury and tightness and pin pointed the areas needing attention.
She spent the full hour working on the tight areas and I felt so much better instantly. So much so I booked in again for the next week.
I’ve had a lot of “deep tissue massages” that haven’t been deep at all. Tracey certainly gets in deep enough to relieve the issues for me.
