Absolutely wonderful! My first massage ever. Tracy made me feel really at ease and explained everything she was doing. Not going to say it wasn't a bit painful at times but there was a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. What a difference it has made, my whole body feels lighter! Think it will be a monthly thing from now on.

Tracy is lovely and as this was my first manicure in years, she took time to explain what all of the different products did. We had a lovely chat while the wonderful manicure was being done. My hands still feel soft and smooth. I'm heading back for a Swedish Massage, a new experience for me. So looking forward to it.
