What a heavenly, relaxing experience! I almost drifted off to sleep. Faye calmly talks you through every aspect of the facial, offering advice where needed. I can't fault her knowledge and expertise. See you in January, Faye.

No cracking or splitting since Faye started attending to my nails. Length and shape excellent. I can't believe the difference! I am now happy to show off my hands and finger nails and receive compliments. What a professional Faye is - thank you! See you again soon.
