I m a regular client last 3 years . Sarab is lovely therapist . She is very friendly and caring. She gave me a nice hydra facial with relaxing music . I feel so relaxed. My skin is soo clean and smooth. I like my brow shape and facial treatments . Highly recommended

Asked for face framing front layers and straight shape in the back , she gave me a v full hair layers hair, I even stopped her 2 times and made sure she understood that I want straight shape even if it is layers have to be straight not sure why she ignored my wishes. Confronted her with the owner at wich point i was angry, promissed that they will fix the hair as it was not blended and to chunky but in the end he said that no hairdresser know how to blend hair.. unprofessional on every level.
