The beautician was friendly and thorough but I wasn’t happy at all. I’ve had multiple hollywood waxes and this was definitely the worst. I wasn’t given a towel or anything to cover myself with and the salon chair didn’t feel clean. The beautician also left the room twice during the treatment to attend to people wanting to use the sunbeds. She switched the light off when she left the room and so left me (with wax on my body ready to be waxed!) in total darkness which was weird and uncomfortable.
